Why this programme?

Change is often treated like a step-by-step formula, but research shows it’s anything but simple.

True transformation is specific, emotional, and deeply human.

There’s no universal blueprint. Successful change requires a tailored, purpose-led, and people-centred approach — one that balances systems thinking with emotional intelligence.
